Upon full payment, the client will own the final software product. All interim materials and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Klazapp.

We warrant that our services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. No other warranties are provided, whether express or implied.

Our liability for losses arising from our negligence or breach of contract is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable timeframe.

Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as agreed upon by both parties.
